They are not representatives. Representatives (e.g.) are elected.There has NEVER been an election for anything in Stamford Hill. Membership of the UOHC is by application and subscription. If you don't pay your £35 (or £10)you are not a member. Ergo automatically UOHC does not represent Stamford Hill orthodoxy any more than the AA represents all motorists.
Now the Law......... Groping is touching or fondling another person in a xxx way using the hands; it generally has a negative connotation, and is considered molestation in most societies. Gropers might use their hands, but pressing any part of their body against another person can be considered groping. In many countries, unwelcome groping or touching of any part of another person's body is illegal
