KIRYAS JOEL - A Kiryas Joel man has been charged with forcibly touching a 13-year-old boy.
Police say the crime happened in the Hassidic community at a vitamin store called Monroe Health.
State police say 27-year-old store clerk Leiby Frankel molested the boy after work hours back in February.
Police say the boy and his father reported the alleged molestation last week. Frankel was arrested Monday and charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
He is due in Monroe Town Court Thursday.
Last Thur. night, he hosted a צדקה party at his home.
Just goes to show, that being a בעל צדקה is not proof that a person is not a pedophile.
No mention of the London paedophiles for the past few months. Have they been forgotten?
