Equally just having a slip of paper with your name and phone number in your wallet would enable the finder to contact the owner.
As far as having your lost property returned to you, there are many methods that don't involve being a member of UOHC.
seems like health and safety rules don't apply to kosher chickens, no wonder I get hair in my chicken soup. Where are the beard snoods that the rabbis should be wearing? Be machmir on kashrus but when it comes to health and safety disregard them.
