Kemafia, sorry. You have got your facts wrong. Split back is def more mehuder as it ensures the salting covers the inside and ensures no liver/heart is left on by mistake Also, every chasidisher hechsher is makpid and its a surprise that Dayan eckstein allows it.

Sharf flat out lied in Torah-way a few weeks ago (about the possibility that Rav Schneebalg and the LBD could have found plates without chometz starch in them), they tried to cover up the very severe issurim d'orayso that one of their rabbonim was allegedly involved in recently (and many of their rabbonim would like him to carry on 'bli shum michshol' -despite the fact that he is now on police bail after having been arrested on suspicion of heinous acts!), and they presented one of the most dishonest presentations of Hilchos Eruvin in the history of klal yisroel in the kuntres plagiarised by R xxx and xxx from the Eizehu Reshus Horabbim bikhel.
