He hasn't quoted a single maamar Chazal to back his statement so he is basically just stating his own opinion. Which, as we live in a modern free democracy, he is perfectly entitled to do.
While I am reasonably sure that he his a "voiler yid", a "talmid chochom"and a yerei shomayim he is after all just a Rov of one the many shuls in Stamford Hill. There are literally dozens like him in SH. Many of them FAR more learned than him. There is absolutely no reason why anybody who doesn't want to should take any notice of his opinion. Because that's all it is.
