Had R Padwa stuck to his guns and kicked Divrei Chaim out of the Union instead of buckling to pressure. The whole story would of been put to bed. Slowly he and his shul would of been left isolated. Instead to accommodate him they bought a beis din at a major financial cost to the kehilla. Meanwhile the comments kept rolling so he took google to the high court at a huge financial cost and also landed himself and 3 others in a police cell because of this. The chilul hashem is noira veoiyam. emunas chachomim does not exist there is no single body leading anyone anywhere. even now the UOHC can write in bold letters that we have nothing to do with this and wash there hands from the whole thing at least to please the kehilla they represent instead they write that the beis din is delayed due to police investigation as if to say he is still one of ours and it is our responsibility to clear him. What is wrong with these people?
