Why should Kedassia be worried or need to apologise for a shortage of chickens? They give the hechsher for which they get a fee. If there is a loss it is the loss of the wholesale and retail butcher. And who is Kedassia Poultry Ltd? It can't be a poultry selling/distribution business. Surely they can't be both a chicken selling company and a chicken hechshering company. The whole idea of a hechsher is that it is independant and has no commercial interest in the products it certifies. Otherwise how can they be trusted?
where is RBK on this meat?
