Anybody that has any information that connects RBK or RSW to the false informant, should please contact one of the four individuals immediately.
A case is being put together to challenge them, and some vital information can still be useful.
Please contact RDH, RCH, AS or GO.
Also, if you happen to have any info on the blogger behind the CHScandal blog, please report to them as well, so that a case can be opened immediately, without having to go through Google.

Ans thanks to CHScandal blog for publicizing our post and creating some more attention for us. It surely helps.
And once again, anyone with any information, small or large, about this case, should please approach one of the four victims, so that we can get the act together.
Do it for the truth and for the community.
These idiots, who are dumb enough to fall for every word that comes out of the mouth of a pathological liar, think we are stupid too. Gavriel Ost 'building a case' against his rov, RSW? Please.
ReplyDeleteAs a relative of one of the four initialled above, I can categorically confirm that none of RDH, AS or GO have got anything to do with that centre point post. Their names have simply been tagged along to make it sound better.

As far as I know they are standing their ground and more certain than ever that what they wrote is true.
Reb Chaim is also of course standing his ground as to his innocence.
Time will tell. Let's see if the police charge him. I personally think they will drop all charges.

ReplyDeleteWhen the sugar started hitting the fan just after Simchat Torah, we believed like you did that our man could not be guilty of such heinous crimes as in our eyes he was Kadosh VeTahor. Admittedly, those of you who still support him, just a year ago you, yes I mean you, would poke fun at him saying he was the ladies Rav and he enjoyed the women’s company a little too much. There were those who initially defended the man, bringing out all the excuses that CH would later use himself. The women were bipolar, suicidal or just plain crazy. They would say that the women were friendly and were conspiring against one of the most powerful Rav’s in NW London. Those that were at the front line trying to defend CH were actually fighting harder than those who have stayed; in fact, most that stayed did actually squat all and did not bother about it at all.
The women started out as being three middle aged friends whom one of them is somehow linked to MH which is when the claim of bipolar started. Then we had a 16-18 year old girl who had no ties to the other three whatsoever. Then we had more and more women who some did but most did not know each other. Most were from Stamford Hill but as the days went on and the list longer, names started coming from NW London.
Then was the admittance of arm wrestling (which CH claims was done with a towel). CH claims that he was only advised but did not promise to stop some thirteen years ago to stop. RPR and DSF said he promised to stop this in the dining room of RPR with RW being present there at the time.
Why was he made a Dayan after this? DSF said he did not want him to be a Dayan based on the above but was told by REP to have him on board. The same applied to the reason why RPR and DSF did not publicly issue a proclamation against CH because of their Av Beth Din REP who said they should not issue such a statement.
Then was the verified claim that CH was explaining explicitly to brides how to check their hymen after the wedding whilst being on the phone to them; this was after telling brides to think of him on the wedding night like the famous taana. The same applies being on the line to young married girls whilst they are performing their bedikah. These are not appropriate for a Rav to be doing. Maybe this does not shun him out, but is certainly inappropriate of any Rav regardless of beard length, Chassid or Litvak or how good you are.
Then was the issue of sending a photograph of himself to an 18 year old girl at 2am and him receiving emails with images of the girl and him not condemning it. Let us not forget CH storing images of not-so-covered up women on his computer and blackberry and then forwarding on to other women.
Answer the following questions and then decide:

Is it because the weather was too cold in the winter or because the pavements in Barnet have too many cracks? Or maybe, just maybe, because the defence for CH became just too inconceivable and that CH was indeed guilty or something wrong?
2. Why would a 55 year old man send a picture of himself to an 18 year old girl at 2am? CH answer was she was suicidal and was about to commit suicide. Why did he not send Hatzola or tell her parents?
3. What justification can be made for storing and sending on images of women to other women?
4. The Amshinover allegedly gave the ‘heter’ to commit the arm wrestling. That is one Rebbe against every other worldwide poisek who would condemn such an act. Would that work for everybody?
5. Would you advise your daughter to speak to any Rav whilst doing a bedika or go to a female for advice?
6. Would you accept a Litvak Rav or London Beth Din Dayan arm wrestling with women part of their therapy, assuming you believe the Amshinover gave such a ‘heter’?
7. If it would be your daughter with the claims, would you believe it? Your sister? Your niece? Your cousin? Your daughters best friend? Your sisters best friend? Your nieces best friend? Your cousins best friend? Your best friend’s daughter? How close does it have to be for you to believe it and how close for you to be appalled by those that still support him in one way or another?!?
8. Do you think it is good chinuch for all our children to assume or think he may be guilty but we still support him? Don’t kid yourself. Your kids do know what is going on. Don’t live in a bubble. Do you think it is good chinuch for your children to see that you are disrespectful to at worst all 35-40 Rabbis in NW London that say he is guilty and at best the five Gilui Daas Rabbis?
9. Would you go to a Physiotherapist to remove an ingrown toe nail? How can you ask a Rebbe or Rav who does not know the facts if he is innocent or guilty?
10. Did you know that shidduchim are being turned down at first sight to those who are still supporting CH?
11. How can you have faith in a Rav and accept mussar regarding Hilchot Yichud etc from a man accused of such a crime?
12. The above is all without the more severe allegations of CH touching up women the wrong way. This is just what can be proven very easily without any women’s testimony. Is this not enough?

ReplyDeleteAny attempt to try and interfere with the investigation could be deemed to an attempt to pervert the course of justice. The suggestion that RSW or RBK are in any way connected with the statement provided by the private investigator is scandalous
