I agree with everything that has been said that RCH is not fit to be a Rov, based on the evidence that has been given to the Golders Green Rabbonim. However unless those ladies who have alleged the most extreme behavior by RCH are prepared to not only go directly to the Police but push the Police to charge him, nothing will happen. The Police are not interested in an argument within the haredi community on the permissiveness or otherwise of hand wrestling. That will be laughed at in Court and will secure nothing more than, at most, a rap over the knuckles. If the GG community really want this man put away, the community will have to persuade the women who were seriously violated to take the flack and run with it. Without that he will walk away a free man. Weberman is only in jail because the girl he raped did not give up.
