The man was found not guilty of all charges at Wood Green Crown Court in north London

A father accused of leading the gang rape of his daughter along with a family friend has been found not guilty on all charges.

The father, 45, from north west London, was accused of sexual assault, causing or inciting sexual activity, rape, conspiracy to rape and perverting the course of justice. His friend was charged with two counts of conspiracy to rape. Neither of them can be identified for legal reasons.

The trial at Wood Green Crown Court lasted a month, and on Monday the jury returned a verdict of not guilty on all charges.

For the full story, see this week’s paper edition of the Jewish Chronicle.

He is not so innocent as his lawyer portrays him. He was already convicted for the sexual assault of his two stepdaughters. All these charges against the girl, are only by the fathers lawyer.

  2. Nuchem, the way you automatically assume that anyone ever accused of anything is guilty is against the Torah.

The jury in this case mentioned the other case and that it is their opinion that the ruling in the other case was wrong.
Much of the other case was based on evidence from this case which has been proven to be complete lies. It's under appeal and will almost certainly been overturned.

    2. Nuchem and this blog, like the apikorus one of the other Rosenberg, seem to assume that anyone and everyone every accused of anything is automatically guilty.

They also seem to think it's right that they can make baseless accusations of motsi shem rah, or at the very least, loshon horo with no toeles.

That this blog didn't print my last reply it's just proof of the agenda this blog has. on Fath

No one should simply listen to stories and make up their mind.

Firstly, why do you need to know?

Either your a rav or community leader or just one of the hamoin am, either way protecting children/adults from abuse is the key point. Obviously if your a Rav its all the more important to keep up to date.

The main thing stays, to PROTECT the vulnerable.
Protecting the suspect/abuser is far less a priority.

A "not guilty all accounts" verdict does not mean the accused is innocent but rather has can't be found guilty beyond reasonable doubt so can't be sentenced to prison etc.

In any event if a person is a risk to children or adults the rabonim must do everything within the law to protect our children.

Rabonim, if its true that you know someone is a risk to children, please do everything within the law to protect us!!!

I do know a person who has recently been "found not guilty" at wood green who has done things, very bad things both al pi torah and deserving of prison. A victim has been telling me about the abise for years and the victim has gone to saphire but is not strong enough to go through the court proccess, how sad!

Mr. Exxxxxx is not as innocent as his lawyer portrays him.
He was already convicted for the sexual assault of his two stepdaughters.
All these charges against the girl and the rumours that she will be charged for perjury and perverting the course of justice are only by Exxxxxxx’s lawyer and his friend, the co-defendant, NOT BY THE COURT.

According to what my sources in London tell me: The girl was definitely abused, most likely by her father, and it affected her mentally to such a degree that her testimony was not convincing to the jury according to the letter of the law beyond a shadow of a doubt. However the father is far from being a TSADIK.

The verdict in this case was "והצדיקו את הרשע", that a convicted molester was in this instance not convicted of an additional crime.

So I ask of Mr. Exxxxxx’s friends, STOP WRITING ME AND LEAVING MESSAGES ON THE HOTLINE VOICE MAIL. I will not change my position on this case.
